Infinity Staffing Solution, LLC

1. Services

We provide temporary staffing services including hospitality, event staffing, and general labor support.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment
• Treat staff professionally
• Provide accurate job details and expectations

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to invoice terms
• Deposits may be required for new clients
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Staffing Requests

All staffing requests must be confirmed via email, text, or written agreement.

5. Cancellations

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Same-day cancellations may be charged

6. Employment Status

All staff are employees of Infinity Staffing Solution. Clients are not responsible for payroll taxes or benefits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Staffing Solution is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to hire or solicit our staff during service and for 6 months after. A fee may apply for violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
