1. Service-Based Policy

We provide staffing services, not physical goods. Refunds are limited.

2. Eligible Refunds or Credits

Refunds or service credits may be issued if:

• Staff does not show up
• Service is not delivered as agreed
• Issues are reported within 2 hours of service start time

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed services
• Late or same-day cancellations
• Issues not reported during service

4. Resolution Process

We aim to resolve issues by:

• Providing replacement staff
• Offering service credits for future bookings

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.
